胶东糖画传统制作技艺

  鲁网7月10日讯 胶东糖画传统制作技艺，是用一柄小铜勺从小锅里舀出融化的金色糖浆在大理石板上，通过形、抖、刮、抹、压等手法，“高、低、快、慢、飘”等技巧，以勺代笔，创作出各种图案的一项古老手工技艺。

  Jiaodong sugar painting traditional production skills,its using a small copper spoon to scoop out melted golden syrup from a small pot on the marble slab,by shaping, shaking, scraping, wiping, pressing and other techniques,"High, low, fast, slow, floating" and other skills,using a spoon as a pen,an ancient handicraft technique that creates various patterns.

  糖画的历史悠久，相传糖画是由唐代大诗人陈子昂发明，他把糖画带进了皇宫，得到了皇上的赞许，这个技艺便从此流传下来。

  Sugar painting has a long history.According to legend, sugar painting was invented by Chen Ziang, a great poet in the Tang Dynasty,he brought the sugar painting into the palace,received the emperors approval.This skill has been passed down since then.

  胶东糖画传统制作技艺起源于明朝初期，主要成分是麦芽糖。荣成地处胶东半岛最东端，土壤疏松，透气性良好，土温日差较大，有利于作物的有机积累，生产出来的小麦制作的麦芽糖味甜爽口、营养丰富、老少皆宜。“糖儿夺人心，黄糖胜黄金”，这种古老的手工技艺便由荣成手艺人代代传承下来，传承人一一吸取了众家之长。在平面糖画的基础上制作立体糖画，既增加了趣味性也增加了美观度，使图案更加饱满起来。

  The traditional craftsmanship of Jiaodong sugar painting originated in the early Ming Dynasty,the main ingredient is maltose.Rongcheng is located at the easternmost point of Jiaodong Peninsula,the soil is loose and breathable,the daily difference of soil temperature is large.It is conducive to organic accumulation of crops,the maltose produced from wheat has a sweet and refreshing taste,rich in nutrients suitable for all ages."Sugar wins hearts, yellow sugar wins gold",this ancient handicraft technique has been passed down from generation to generation by Rongcheng craftsmen.The inheritors have drawn on the strengths of different experts.Creating three-dimensional sugar paintings based on flat sugar paintings,it not only adds fun but also enhances aesthetics,make the pattern fuller.
