山东荣成：石岛传统面塑技艺（一）

  鲁网1月12日讯 荣成石岛传统面塑即以面粉为主料，调成不同色彩的面团，用手和特制工具，采用揉、捏、压、搓、滚、碾、拨、切等多种技法，塑造栩栩如生、色彩鲜艳的艺术形象的技艺。其制作过程保留了明显的地域特征和鲜明的传统文化特征。

  石岛传统面塑早在汉代就已有文字记载，人们把面粉蒸制成不同形象，为食用增强装饰性效果；到了明代，石岛传统面塑逐渐脱离食用性目的，演变成单纯艺术形式而独立存在。一些身背工具箱，四处奔波的石岛面塑艺人出现在繁华闹市，以此为生计，进一步促进了面塑艺术的发展；近代，受文人艺术的影响，石岛传统面塑的内容和形式不断出新，或作贺礼馈赠亲朋，或作陈设摆放自家案头。石岛传统面塑由街头转而登堂入室，从此身价百倍，整体水平产生质的飞跃，表现手段和表现技巧日臻成熟完善。
